ANDRE SUTHERLAND
Editor
Originally from Queens, NY, Andre Sutherland is an editor/animator who brings 12 years of experience to the BN4 Real production team. Andre is an NYU film school graduate, who's credits include numerous animated shows for Spike TV. Andre is also an avid photographer, gardener and cabinet maker.

ETHAN PISZ
Camera Operator
Ethan is a cinematographer with a producing background in reality television. He is an aspiring director of photography and is looking to shoot anything that moves. He currently lives in Brooklyn New York, plays drums for fun, and is waiting for the weather to warm up so he can go on a long motorcycle ride.

RANDI GLASS
Casting Director
Randi Glass has worked on many independent and studio films. She cast the acclaimed feature, AFTERSCHOOL, which premiered at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival and made it's US debut at the New York Film Festival. She co-cast MAIDEN HEIST (Christopher Walken, Morgan Freeman, William H. Macy and Marcia Gay Harden) and did New York Casting on Mark Water's GHOSTS OF GIRLFRIENDS PAST.

GEORGE FONTENETTE
Composer
Composer/Producer/Trumpeter George Fontenette is a Louisiana native who's work has permeated every facet of the entertainment industry for over a decade. He has performed and/or worked with some of the most legendary names in all genres of music. George earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Studies from Southern University and A & M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and a Master of Music degree from New York University's Steinhardt School of Education in the Music Technology program with an emphasis in film scoring.

NEIL MILLER
Editor
"Timing is everything." Neil Miller adapted his sense of time and rhythm as a drummer, into his approach as an editor. A natural fit has been in comedy (2006 Clio Award winning commercial campaign for Frontier Airlines) with some fashion campaigns along the way (commercials featuring Fergie, Hadyn Panettiere, and Charlize Theron). Along with commercial editing, Neil has worked on music videos, featuring such artists as Cat Power and Beastie Boys.

Jo Budzilowicz recently returned to New York after living abroad in Dublin, Ireland where she produced several short films and documentaries. Kim has production/stage managed several Audelco award winning and nominated theatrical productions including A Song for You...Lena Calhoun Horne, Obatala King of the White Cloth, and Sango Lord of Thunder. Reporter Ernece B. Kelly of the New York Beacon acknowledged her work for A Song for You ... Lena Calhoun Horne as "Outstanding" . Kim has recently ventured into a whole new world called T.V. & Film. She has a passion for expressing herself in theatre as well as T.V. & film. Kim is currently working on her live internet talk show.
